Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
ย These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the terms and procedures for using the online service (hereinafter referred to as โServiceโ) provided by Kingle on its website (kingle.kr).
Article 2 (Definition)
ย The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. User: A person who receives services provided by Kingle in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
2. Service Agreement: A contract concluded between Kingle and the user in relation to the use of the service
3. Registration: An act of completing the service use agreement by filling out the relevant information in the application form provided by Kingle and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member on the site by providing the personal information required for membership registration
5. User Number (ID): User's e-mail address selected by the user and approved by Kingle for member identification and use of the service (only one ID can be issued per personally identifiable information)
6. Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information
7. Membership Withdrawal: An expression of intent by Kingle or the member to terminate the service use agreement after using the service
8. Posting: Title, content, and comments posted on the bulletin board
Article 3 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)
โ The terms and conditions become effective when posted on the service screen, such as the notice board, or when notified by other means.
โก Kingle may change the contents of the terms and conditions within the scope of laws and other related laws and regulations, if necessary, and will notify the revised terms and conditions, the date of application, and the reason for the revision by the method of the preceding paragraph. If the user continues to use the service without expressing an intention to reject the revised terms and conditions even after 7 days from the notice of the revised terms and conditions, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions.
โข If the member does not agree to the revised terms and conditions, the member may discontinue using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If the member continues to use the service without objection, the member will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions and the changes will become effective by the method of the preceding paragraph.
Article 4 (Applicable Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
ย The User Agreement is established when Kingle approves the user's application for use following certain procedures set by Kingle, such as clicking the "Agree to Terms and Conditions" button.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
โ To apply for use, the user records personal information in the application form requested by Kingle on the service's member information screen.
โก In the application form, all required items corresponding to each item below must be filled in and the application for use is completed only when the user agrees to the terms and conditions.
1. User number (ID): e-mail
2. Password
3. Name
4. Nickname
5. Nationality
6. Other information deemed necessary by Kingle
Article 7 (Approval of application for use)
โ Kingle approves service applications unless there are special circumstances when a user has accurately filled in the required items in the application form.
โก In the following cases, Kingle may not approve service applications.
1. When applying using someone else's name or false information instead of one's own information
2. When applying for the purpose of disrupting social order or morals
3. When attempting to use the service for illegal purposes such as criminal acts or spam advertisements
4. When applying for services from users whose eligibility is restricted due to violation of laws, terms and conditions, and usage rules of each bulletin board
โข Kingle may withhold approval in the following cases.ย
1. When it is difficult to accept the service due to Kingleโs facilities, technology, or operational reasons
2. When the applicant is under 14 years of age and consent to provide personal information has not been obtained from a legal representative
3. When an application is made by a user who has terminated the service agreement within the past 30 days
โฃ Kingle may immediately withdraw its acceptance of use if any of the reasons in Article 2, Paragraph 2 are discovered after the completion of the service agreement procedure.
Article 8 (Changes to contractual terms)
ย โ If there is a change in the information provided at the time of application for use, the member must immediately correct the change. The member is responsible for any problems that arise due to failure to correct the information.
โก The member's unique information such as ID cannot be changed.
โข If the provided member information falls under any of the following items, Kingle may change it at the member's request or at its discretion.
1. If it is identical or similar to Kingle's service or the name of the operator, manager, etc., and there is a risk of confusion.
2. If it causes disgust in others or is against public morals.
3. If there is a risk of infringing on the rights of others.
4. If there are other reasonable grounds.
Chapter 3 Use of Services
Article 9 (Service Use)
โ Except for some bulletin boards with special purposes, most bulletin boards do not have any separate restrictions on viewing posts without registering as a member.
โก Posting and commenting may be restricted for a certain period of time after registering as a member. The restriction period may be added to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the contents may be changed during operation.
โข The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, the service may be restricted or suspended in the following cases:
1. In the event of unavoidable circumstances due to inspection and maintenance or construction of service facilities
2. In the event of service interruption due to a national emergency, service facility failure, or service usage overload
3. In the event that some services must be restricted due to an order from the government or related organizations
4. In the event that continued use of the service is business- or technically impossible due to other significant reasons, or in the event that the company determines that service restriction or suspension is inevitable for operational reasons
โฃ Kingle shall, in principle, notify the reason and period in advance when restricting or suspending the use of the service pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph. However, this does not apply if a situation occurs that was not anticipated in advance or that the company cannot control.
โค Kingle may set usage rules within a reasonable scope according to the purpose or use of the service, and members must use the service in compliance with such rules.
โฅ Kingle may restrict some services based on the member's registration date, age, activity history, usage restriction request, etc. In this case, the criteria and restrictions will be posted on the bulletin board, etc. so that users can be aware of them.
Article 10 (Restrictions and suspension of service use)
ย โ Kingle may limit the member's memory space, message size, storage period, etc. for efficient service operation.
โก Kingle may convert to dormant account or cancel an account that has not been accessed for a certain period of time in accordance with relevant laws.
โข If Kingle determines that all contents posted or transmitted by a member within the service fall under any of the following items, it may take measures such as posting suspension, movement, or deletion without prior notice, and if necessary, may restrict the member's service use for a certain period of time or permanently suspend it.ย
1. If it contains personal attacks, disparagement, slander, insults, defamation, spreading false information, defamation, etc. against members or third parties
2. If it is confirmed that it is for the purpose of intentionally deceiving others or unfairly obtaining commercial, business, or other personal benefits
3. If it imposes one's own religious beliefs or disparages others' religions
4. If it violates public order and morals
5. If it is recognized as being related to criminal acts
6. If it infringes on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of members or third parties
7. If it distributes computer virus programs that cause information and communication equipment to malfunction or information to be destroyed
8. If it interferes with other users' use, such as stalking, excessive use of unnecessary special characters, or repeated pasting of posts
9. If it is discriminatory against a specific group, causing significant humiliation or disadvantage to the group or its members
10. If it violates other related laws or regulations or is in violation of the purpose of each bulletin board set by Kingle In the event of violation of the Terms of Use
โฃ If Kingle receives a request to suspend posting of a member's public posting, etc. based on the infringement of legal rights of other users or third parties, the posting may be deleted or temporary measures such as blocking the posting, and if an agreement or legal action is reached between the person requesting the suspension and the member who registered the posting, Kingle will follow it.
โค If Kingle determines that a public posting, etc. within the service infringes on the rights of a third party, such as invasion of privacy or defamation, it may suspend the posting in question even without a request to suspend the posting in the preceding paragraph.
Article 11 (Attribution of rights and use of copyrighted works)
โ The copyright of posts, etc. posted within the service belongs to the author of the post.
โก Kingle may use posts registered by members within the scope of each of the following items.
1. Posts may be copied, transmitted, displayed, distributed, and the title and content of the post may be changed, modified, or moved for this purpose within the service.
2. If the post is not suitable for the purpose of each bulletin board or violates the usage rules, the post may be modified, the location of the bulletin board may be changed, or it may be deleted.
3. The content of the post may be blocked for a certain period of time due to reports from other members, etc.
4. Members may use the title and link of the post using functions such as scrap.
5. Images, titles, and parts of the content written by members may be distributed via e-mail for distribution of full mail, newsletters, etc.
6. The title and content of the post, the poster's ID, nickname, and other necessary information may be provided to relevant affiliates for improved services such as search. However, the information provided in this case will not be used for purposes other than the specified purpose, and personal information of members such as name and e-mail address will not be provided.
โข If Kingle wishes to use a member's post in a way other than the second clause, it will obtain the member's consent through a message, e-mail, or re-agreement to the terms and conditions.
โฃ If a member withdraws or loses membership, scraps, messages, address books, etc. recorded in the relevant ID will be automatically deleted within 30 days after withdrawal. However, posts posted on public bulletin boards, reposted or copied posts, and posts provided in combination with others' posts will not be automatically deleted, so the member must delete them themselves before withdrawal.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities and Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 12 (Kingleโs Obligations)
โ Kingle complies with the relevant laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services.
โก Kingle protects the member's personal information, and publicizes and complies with the personal information protection policy.
โข Kingle does not disclose or distribute personal information of members known in relation to the provision of services to third parties without the member's consent. However, this does not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, there is a purpose of criminal investigation, or there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other relevant laws.
โฃ Kingle does not send commercial advertising e-mails, SMS text messages, etc. without the member's consent to receive them.
Article 13 (Responsibilities of members and users)
โ Members are responsible for managing their own personal information, including their login passwords.
โก All rights and responsibilities for posts written by members belong to the members who wrote them.
โข Information obtained through the service may not be collected, copied, or distributed without the consent of the information rights holder.
โฃ Hacking, distribution of illegal materials, or other illegal acts may not be performed using the service, and the user is responsible for the results and losses of business activities and legal actions by relevant organizations that occur due to violation of this.
โค Members must be familiar with and comply with the terms and conditions and usage rules set by Kingle.

Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use
Article 14 (Contract termination and usage restrictions)
โ When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member must personally apply for termination via the Internet. However, if there is a request from a relevant organization, the service agreement may be terminated without the member personally withdrawing.
โก Member information will be automatically deleted 30 days after withdrawal, and re-registration will be restricted during this period.
โข When a member withdraws, messages, scrap content, etc. associated with the relevant ID will be deleted, but posts written on public bulletin boards will not be deleted, and if the member wishes to delete them, the member must personally delete them and then withdraw.
โฃ If the member withdraws while under disciplinary action for violating the siteโs usage rules or terms and conditions, the member will not be able to re-register, and if the disciplinary action is confirmed after re-registration, use may be restricted or the previous member disciplinary action history may be inherited.

Chapter 6 Others
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer)
ย Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the service or other contractual status to others, and may not provide this as collateral.
Article 16 (Compensation for damages)
ย Kingle shall not be liable for any damages suffered by members in connection with services provided free of charge, except in cases where such damages are caused by Kingle's intent or gross negligence.
Article 17 (Exemption Clause)
โ Kingle is exempt from liability for service provision in cases where it cannot provide the service due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.
โก Kingle is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service equipment.
โข Kingle is not liable for service disruptions caused by the member's fault.
โฃ Kingle is not liable for damages caused by the member's expected benefits from using the service or the information obtained through the service.
โค Kingle is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data, and facts posted by the member on the service.
Article 18 (Jurisdiction)
ย In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our company shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provisions
ย (Effective Date) These Terms will be effective from September 4, 2024.
