Best Kalguksu in Daejeon: Sintanjin Chive Seafood Kalguksu! > Food

Hi everyone! During my travels around Korea, I’ve arrived in Daejeon and found a fantastic Kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) place that I’d like to share with you.

It’s called "Sintanjin Chive Seafood Kalguksu", and it’s been featured on Korean TV several times as a recognized hotspot. Their Kalguksu is packed with chives and various seafood, which is their signature feature. I also tried their spicy stir-fried small octopus (jukkumi bokkeum), and it was deliciously spicy!

When you think of traveling in Korea, you might consider Seoul, Busan, or Jeju, but there are many interesting places to explore beyond these well-known destinations. If you find yourself in Daejeon, definitely drop by and give this place a try!
