Gyeongju is a beloved destination in Korea known for its traditional food, particularly Cheongdong Soft Tofu. I visited a renowned place for Cheongdong Soft Tofu while in Gyeongju and would like to share it with you.
The restaurant is called "Cheongdong 400-Year Soft Tofu". I tried their signature dish, the Soft Tofu Set, which includes not just Cheongdong Soft Tofu but also various other dishes like Tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) and Grilled Flatfish.
The restaurantโs traditional decor, featuring yellow clay and wood, adds to the authentic experience. Also, try the Sea Urchin Bibimbap and Sea Urchin Chive Pancake for a taste of the ocean!
