Mnet's 'Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE' Premieres on September 19th with Taemin as MC > K-Celeb

Mnet has officially announced the premiere date for its highly anticipated survival show, 'Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE.' The show is set to air its first episode on September 19th at 9:30 PM KST.

'Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE' is a rebranded version of the original 'Road to Kingdom,' which aired in 2020 as a precursor to the 'Kingdom' series. This new edition focuses on highlighting and reintroducing rising K-pop boy groups, showcasing their talent and potential in an independent, standalone format.

The show will feature seven up-and-coming boy groups: THE NEW SIX (TNX), ATBO, JUST B, 8TURN, ONEUS, YOUNITE, CRAVITY, and TEMPEST. These groups are set to display unique concepts and performances, offering fans a fresh perspective on their abilities.

The production is helmed by PD Jo Woori, who gained recognition for her work on the hit show 'Queendom' in 2019, where she directed some of the most memorable performances by girl groups. Adding to the excitement, SHINee's Taemin, a highly respected figure among younger boy groups, will be making his debut as a solo MC, further raising expectations for the show.
