E-Land Retail Hosts '2024 Partnership and Win-Win Cooperation Agreement Ceremony' > K-Culture

E-Land Retail, led by CEO Yoon Seong-dae, recently held the '2024 Partnership and Win-Win Cooperation Agreement Ceremony' at the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Chosun Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul.

The event saw the participation of around 130 individuals, including Yoon Seong-dae, CEO of E-Land Group's retail division, Oh Young-kyo, Chairman of the Partnership Committee, and representatives from 79 of E-Land Retail's partner companies.

During the ceremony, E-Land Retail and the Partnership Committee signed a 'Self-Commitment Agreement to Resolve Polarization,' aimed at enhancing cooperation between large and small enterprises and fostering a more robust and progressive distribution industry ecosystem. This agreement builds on the existing E-Land Retail partnership programs.

As the first company to sign the self-commitment agreement for polarization resolution in 2018, E-Land Retail has established a dedicated team for partnership growth and set forth a vision for mutual success. The new agreement will further strengthen support for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) partners.

Under this agreement, E-Land Retail will invest in and implement several programs over the next three years, including:

Support for wages and welfare for SME workers,
Implementation of performance-sharing systems through innovative activities to enhance technological competitiveness,
Creation of a partnership growth fund, among other commitments.
