Dodamsambong Peaks: A Scenic Gem in Danyang > Places

Dodamsambong Peaks are the crown jewels of Danyang's natural beauty. Named after Jeong Do-jeon, a key figure in the Joseon Dynasty who was so enamored with the site that he adopted the pen name Sambong, these peaks are celebrated for their breathtaking views. Renowned scholar Toegye Yi Hwang also immortalized the peaks in a Chinese poem for their stunning beauty.

Perched above the Namhangang River, the misty dawn views of these peaks are both mysterious and mesmerizing, making them a favorite spot for photographers across Korea.
